1. Return & Exchange Period

Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet the conditions below.

2. Eligible Products

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The product must not be damaged, modified, or physically abused.
• Proof of purchase or order details may be required.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

We may request clear photos or videos of the product and packaging to verify the issue.

After verification, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or other appropriate resolution.

4. Non-Returnable Products

Returns or exchanges may not be accepted for:

• Products damaged after delivery due to misuse
• Products with broken or missing original packaging
• Used products where the issue is not related to a manufacturing defect
• Products modified or repaired by an unauthorized person
• Items returned after the applicable return period

5. Exchange Process

To request an exchange, contact us with your order number, product details, and reason for the exchange.

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

6. Refunds

If a refund is approved, the refund amount and method will depend on the circumstances of the return and the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may require valid bank or other payment details to process an approved refund.

7. Return Shipping

If the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly delivered, AQ Mobile Accessories Point may cover the applicable return shipping cost.

For other returns or exchanges, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility.
